If you find any problem with a product or change your mind, please let us know by following the instructions below within days. Safely pack the items within the first packaging that came with the merchandise. All products must be returned in their original condition. If the product you receive is broken, please contact our customer service.

For returned products, please ship the item to us using a trackable shipping method, such as USPS.
Cost:
Our Customers do not need to pay any fees or chargebacks for returning the product. All expenses Will be reimbursed to you, but we cannot accept cash on delivery; you should Provide us proof of your processed request for return successfully.
Customers do not need to charge a fee to return the products to us. Shipping and handling charges and other expenses are reimbursed. We cannot accept cash payments on delivery. You’d wish to provide a legitimate tracking number when filling out the return form so your return can be processed successfully.
After our team receives your request, we will review your request and confirm (in the most of time 72 hours) that you’ll receive an email confirming your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that depending on the financial institution, it’ll take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
We understand if you don’t like our product or are still not interested in it. We offer you a 60-day window to return your product if it is in good condition and unused; there is no fee for restocking the product, so make sure to follow the steps to make your request successful.
Exchange
In case of exchanging a product, please contact us at

Defected
If you find your product defective, please let us know; contact us at the mail address Contact@lawnhq.co.uk with a picture of the product (no need to return the item). I will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
Not as Described or wrong Product
If you find a problem with the product not being matched with the description or it is wrong, please contact us in our email with proof (photo). We will provide a Return shipping label once it’s tracked and ship the replacement product immediately.

We usually ship the orders immediately.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We will send the involved participation by the processing department, but we’ll not guarantee that you will always return the order once it is received.

After tracking, we can send you a return label and dispatch the replacement item immediately. Change of Mind: We allow change of mind. Canceling an order typically ships immediately. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can ask the processing department to cancel. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to return the order after you have received it.
Refund payments will be made on receipt and inspection of the returned item. It can take up to 7 days for the money to show in your bank account. We always try to oblige our customers.
