How does per-user pricing work?

You pay for each person who actively logs into and uses the LawnHQ platform in a given month. If you pay annually for 4 users but 5 users log in during any month, the extra user is billed at the monthly rate at the end of that month.

What counts as an 'active user' for billing?

Any unique team member who logs into your LawnHQ account during a calendar month counts as one active user. We run a billing cycle at the start of each month to calculate the previous month's usage.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?

No. LawnHQ has no setup fees. You can be fully operational within a day using our guided onboarding wizard and pre-loaded UK treatment library.

What's included in annual billing?

Annual customers pay upfront for the year at a 15% discount (£85/user/month). Any overage users beyond the paid headcount are billed monthly at the standard rate.

Can I import my existing customers?

Yes. We provide a CSV import tool for customer records. For larger migrations, our team will work with you directly.

What happens after my subscription?

You'll be asked to enter payment details and confirm how many users to include. If LawnHQ isn't right for you, your data is exportable and there's no penalty for leaving.

What do the Communications, Marketing and Chemical Logging modules add?

Core covers CRM, quoting, scheduling, jobs and payments for every user. Communications (£25/user/month) adds a customer message inbox plus email, SMS and WhatsApp sending with editable templates. Marketing (£25/user/month) adds bulk and scheduled marketing campaigns. Chemical Logging (£10/user/month) captures spray records automatically from every treatment and gives you the Pesticide Application Register. Add any module any time from Settings — Billing; you're only charged for the seats you have.
