About LawnHQ
My name is Peter Simmonds. I built LawnHQ because I watched UK lawn care businesses struggle with software that was never designed for them. Compromise after compromise takes its toll and like all industries you need software that hits the mark and just works. LawnHQ is designed and built to do just that. Just work.
Prior to building LawnHQ I had 10 years as a consultant at PwC, 10 years in high tech companies such as Betfair and working with Google and Facebook. Most recently I ran WorkWave International where I had the pleasure to work with RealGreen UK customers.
I know what good product companies look like and what UK Lawn Care comoanies need. They need to have software that truly enables them to run their business and scale without the friction. Simpe pricing, rock solid support for annual programmes, renewals, marketing and customer visits.
I built LawnHQ to level the playing field. The UK's best lawn care businesses have always been let down by the lack of software that truly fits how they operate. LawnHQ is the tool I wished existed, built mobile-first, and designed to make a well-run lawn care business look and feel genuinely premium without a team of administrators behind it.
I know that when a new smaller Lawn Care company comes on board they want preset defaults in the system, I know that you want to get up and running quickly and not need to soend a week trying to learn a new feature or module. Ease of use is critical.
Every feature in LawnHQ has been designed around how UK operators actually work. The programme engine understands UK treatment seasons. The billing system handles prepay, instalments, and VAT, MTD from day one. The customer communications go out automatically before the visit, after the visit, with the invoice, with the renewal reminder. You don't configure it; it just works.
